Course Details

MODULE 1

Personality Dimensions

This interactive session is designed to provide leaders with the knowledge and tools to foster a psychologically safe work environment and nurture meaningful connections through an exploration of Personality Dimensions™.

Leaders will analyze personality types and preferences, and how they contribute to individual differences, perspectives, and behaviors. This course will also have a specific focus on leveraging personality types to enhance employee well-being.

MODULE 2

Care Based Leadership

Module 2 will focus on leadership behaviours that demonstrate individualized care within your respective teams. Leaders will gain a greater understanding and practical experience around emotional intelligence, recognition and appreciation, as well as an inward focus on leading for well-being.

MODULE 3

Active Leadership

Module 3 will focus on how to be actively involved with the team members, both individually, and as a collective unit, while still providing autonomy and avoiding micromanagement. Leaders will also learn how to identify specific healthy behaviours, and model them for their team to work towards building a sustainable culture of well-being.

MODULE 4

Humble Leadership

In our final session, we will focus on understanding that as a leader, you do not have all the answers. So, how can you best leverage and build up your team members to have a shared culture of leadership? Leaders will learn practical takeaways in the areas of delegation, active listening, and curiosity.
